When to get your Ferrari serviced
Owning a Ferrari is not just about possessing a car; it’s about embracing a legacy of speed, luxury, and unparalleled craftsmanship. To ensure that your Ferrari continues to deliver the exhilarating performance it’s renowned for, it’s crucial to adhere to the recommended maintenance schedules. Here’s a guide on when to bring in your Ferrari for service:
Routine Ferrari Service
Annual Service
Take care of essential fluids like engine oil with an oil filter replacement, flush brake fluid, bleed calipers, and be sure to check the gear oil and hydraulic fluid, topping off fluids as necessary. Replace the in-cabin air filter, check for leaks, check all indicator lights, and conduct a visual inspection of the brake pads and discs. Inspect the parking brake system and perform a component check on the front and rear suspension.
Two Year or 12,500 miles
Similar to the first year, the vital systems are checked plus auxiliary belt replacement, engine inspection, and checking the tightness of gearbox mounting fasteners are performed.
Four Year or 37,500 miles
The checks from the second year are repeated along with a replacement of the spark plugs and another auxiliary belt replacement.
Remember, a Ferrari is more than just a vehicle; it’s an experience, a legacy. Regular maintenance ensures that every drive remains as thrilling as the first, preserving the magic of the prancing horse. Always trust professionals who understand the intricacies of Ferrari engineering for unparalleled care.
